We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; send you relevant notifications about buses on your routes; respond to support requests; and analyse usage patterns to improve route coverage.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. Firebase, Google Maps). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
4. Location Data
We collect your approximate location only when you actively use the live tracking feature. This is used solely to show you nearby buses and relevant routes. We do not store your precise historical location.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong password.
